About Marion

Picture

"Marion has a naturally empathetic style that makes one feel heard. This completely selfless approach enables her really to seek to understand - a critical element in the coaching process.  This maturity in conversations brings a warmth and wonderful pace when working with Marion.  She combines these strengths with a great deal of wisdom and knowledge around organisational dynamics and professional challenges."
Marion is a qualified executive coach specialising in leadership, group dynamics and professional development. After leaving the legal profession, she retrained at the internationally renowned Tavistock Institute and Institute of Group Analysis. Marion has also taken part in further specialist training through Tavistock Consulting (Tavistock & Portman NHS Trust) and at OFEK International Group Relations.  As well as working 1:1 with leadership clients, she has a particular interest in group work, reflective practice and group-based personal development in the workplace.

From the outset, Marion has coached clients from a variety of work sectors and on a broad range of issues. She is particularly well placed to understand professional services and commercial organisations after two decades’ experience working as a lawyer and subsequently in partnership management at a leading international law firm in the City of London.

Marion’s coaching practice is based in London, where she lives with her family.
